What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and 12 pm to 3pm on weekends.

Drop off after 3 pm no later than 5 pm 

Pick up by 12 am no earlier than 8 am

If picked up after 11am there will be an additional half day rate charged ($32.50)

Do you require vaccinations for boarding?

Yes, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper/parvo & bordetella (kennel cough).

A copy of vaccination record to be brought at drop off or emailed to info@gusplaygroundllc.com prior to arrival.

Can I bring my dog's own food for their stay?

Yes, you are required to bring your dog's own food and treats for their stay to ensure they stick to their regular diet. Please send pup with 2 extra days am/pm feedings, in case of unforseen, extended stay.

If there is special preparation of meals please meal prep and divide those meals for easy feeding or there may be an added fee for prepping meals onsite.

Do I need to bring my dogs own bed or other supplies from home?

Boarding is just a temporary home, so we encourage you to bring a bed, blanket, or favorite toy—something that smells like home and helps your dog feel safe.

Familiar items can ease anxiety and remind your pup that you’ll be back soon.
