🐾 Payment Policy

At Gus' Playground LLC, we strive to make payments simple and convenient for our clients. Please review the following accepted payment methods and terms:

 

⏰ Payment Due

 

  • Payments are required prior to, or at check-in, in full.  If for some reason clients fail to show and cancel with-in 72 hours of check in, your next booking will be forced to pay in full at time of booking to hold the spot. 

💳 Accepted Payment Methods

 

  • Cash – Accepted at drop-off.

  • Check – Payable to Gus' Playground LLC, a $30 fee will apply for returned checks.

  • Venmo – @gusplaygroundllc

    Please select “Paying a business” if prompted. A processing fee may apply.

  • Zelle – send to info@gusplaygroundllc.com

       ****please include your dogs name and dates of boarding****

  • Quickbooks ACH transfer - is available a $25 convivence fee applies for this option

  • Please ensure you receive confirmation that your payment was received. 

  • We do not accept credit cards at this time.
